Fusion Alliance has locations in Indianapolis, Columbus, & Cincinnati. •Act as the first point of contact for active/passive candidates and get them excited about Fusion. •Input appropriate candidate information to the applicant tracking system. •Develop a pipeline for current and future needs. •Assist with maintaining of applicant flow process in accordance with the expectations of Fusion Alliance. •Schedule & coordinate interviews as requested. •Maintain recruiting reports, recruiting files, & applicant tracking system. •Participate in team networking and recruiting events.
