I have confidence in higher education and will forever be a lifelong learner. I am a graduate of Illinois State University, where I studied Accounting and Business Information Systems. I chose this major because I have been fascinated with technology my whole life. Having the opportunity to learn about how modern-day technology is incorporated into the business world are two fields I am always looking to expand my knowledge. At ISU, I held multiple leadership positions, was involved in many RSOs, and completed a week-long study abroad program focused on corporate sustainability.I have had multiple professional internships and experiences in focused around the ideas of data analysis, trend analysis, marketing campaigns, strategy, blockchain, design thinking, enterprise technology, scrum, financial accounting, divestitures, carve-out financial statements, IT audit, SOX/controls, regulatory reporting, individual taxes, small business taxes, tax planning, business organization, and many more. I have exposure to various industries, including insurance, banking, capital markets and public accounting. I am always looking to expand my network and learn about new industries.
