Court Monitor at Oxygen Activeplay. My role is to ensure customers have the best experience possible providing great customer service, whilst ensuring their safety and making sure that everyone is following the rules. I am first aid trained, so I am able to use it whenever necessary. Safety is also guaranteed when undertaking daily trampoline and climbing checks. I lead the team during busy sessions to upkeep the standards set.

I undertook a 4 month long placement at York City FC Foundation. I was project coordinator for their charity event ‘CEO Sleepout York’.I would create strategies and then implement them to promote the Sleepout, getting over 50 business leaders to sign up via social media, emails, posters, radio promotion and attending networking events.Overall the event raised over £28,000 including £400 from my own fundraising.I also then took part in the sleepout, sleeping for a night at the LNER York Community Stadium.On the night I was responsible for overseeing the event, setting everything up, welcoming and instructing participants, liaising with the stewards and also taking pictures and videos of the event.
