Key Areas of Responsibility;-Establish a CPA for each project and provide estimated lead times for each stage of the project to all stakeholders together with any information which might influence the achievement of the targeted gross margin.-To implement briefing meetings to agree processing responsibilities with each department and other stakeholders at the outset of each project.-Manage internal and external supply resources to produce high quality products in budget and on time, including the quality control of all items.-Communicate project progress to Account Manager or directly to the client.-Effecively manage on going workload, informing stakeholders of any delays or project difficulties likely to have a bearing on the satisfactory delivery, quality or cost of a project.-Unless a budget is specified, provide a range of production options in terms of costs, with at least one low budget option.-Accurately cost projects using a formalised costing system.-Continue to build upon existing supplier base and research additional resources as required.-Maintain timely and accurate files and folders.-Organise deliveries, shipments and installations of finished goods.-Attend client meetings as required.-Be responsive to client requirements and ensure these are communicated to all teams.-Understand and work within client budgets and ensure account profitability.
