Commercial Product Director
Current- Directed the launch of the company’s first SaaS product, the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform – the world’s first nature monitoring service, powered by eDNA.
- Led six-fold increase in digital users, within two months, by re-structuring user types and access control.
- Within 10 weeks, built (from scratch) and shipped, a Shopify-powered ecommerce store for 95% of the core product offering, allowing customers to self-serve – saving time for both our sales team, and customers.
- Working with external legal support, directed the re-drafting of commercial terms. Added terms for new digital product offering and subscription deals. Incorporated key changes to reduce risk, strengthen IP position.
- Evolved existing hardware product instructions, through six months of iteration, to remove ambiguity, and improve accuracy and clarity. Plus brought in unique product packaging, with clear labelling, allowing customers.
