The goal-setting, cash flow forecasting, policy and procedural changes and performance measuring assist in ensuring that clients find a strong direction and reap the financial rewards. I also have a specialisation in working with startups and subsidiaries of overseas company's to complete business plans, business structuring, create accounting policies and help stakeholders make decisions quickly and effectively, I have worked with businesses from inception to eventual sale often being an outsourced CFO. I care about forming long term result-driven relationships with small to medium-sized organisations and head a team who pride themselves on the personal service they provide, offering practical business solutions and implementation with expert advice.
