By the end we have 4 touch screens along a wall with mini stand ups happening in front of them every day, weekly showcases for all teams and retrospectives run by the individual teams.I also worked with Surfdome to roll out their ecommerce platform to the wider Surfstitch Group, including delivering a portion of the work from Swell's office in California.
