    I led a team of Made Tech engineers at Surfdome in order to implement business workflow tools for purchasing through to warehousing. We did this by working in the same departments as business users, building software for a day or two and then asking real users for feedback.Working closely alongside the CTO at Surfdome I helped transform, and in some cases introduced, agile practices to their internal development team. By the end we have 4 touch screens along a wall with mini stand ups happening in front of them every day, weekly showcases for all teams and retrospectives run by the individual teams.I also worked with Surfdome to roll out their ecommerce platform to the wider Surfstitch Group, including delivering a portion of the work from Swell's office in California. I was critical to ensuring the project went smoothly during the switch over stage.
