Working in healthcare adminsitration from the age of 16, I have had the opportunity to be part of change and lead on it. From the public sector to private, from commissioner to provider and now within industry. My goal is to show my customers true value that can go beyond the benefits and features of products.What I have gained from this, is a pragmatic approach when delivering business change or managing a project. Driven by clear and understandable data and key performance indicators, never forgetting to include colleagues in every step of the process. Acting as a political change leader enables me to communicate and influence customers and staff to gain engagement in far more meaningful way. This has enabled me to implement the clearly defined goals required to make change successful.My greatest professional achievements have been those in which I have been able to support teams to create and deliver their own solutions to change. Working with many diverse customers to make sure these changes are embedded and sustainsble.I would love to add here that I have climbed mountains and travelled around the world on a bicycle, however this would be be a slight embellishment. I am a down to earth hard worker who likes his football, rugby and golf and spending time with family and friends.Although I have achieved much in my professional career so far, I am always eager to learn, discuss ideas and share experiences. I am always looking for problems to solve.
