Sports management professional seeking a position in the sporting industry where I can become a part of a team environment. I will utilize my skills of leadership and management to contribute an immediate impact for a forward-looking, dynamic organization. I am looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment that challenges me to learn and grow everyday. I am eager to transition my passion for sports from a participants standpoint, to a coaching or managing position. Specialties: Leadership: As a senior captain on the EWU men's tennis team it was my job to lead our team both on and off the court. I made sure that all the players were disciplined on and off the court and gave their best during practice and matches. Being the tennis director at North Park, the juniors look to me for guidance. I try to lead by example and show them how hard work and dedication can lead to improvement , which is our number 1 goal. As a senior in high school I received the Scholar-Athlete leadership award from the United States Army at Lake City High School.Management: The ability to manage in towards fast paced sports management industry is becoming essential to the lifeblood of an organization. I like to manage with the future in mind at all times to ensure that my organization is focused on developing problem solving skills and tools for the future. I like to learn through observation, so I like working with people who are similar to me, introverted.
