My overall research interests include leadership-development processes and organizational contexts that support leadership development for the purpose of promoting team and organizational innovation. I am interested in working with practicing managers to enhance my learning and hone my understanding of key innovation issues managers are dealing with so that their organizations can create seamless, integrated development systems that work, over time. Currently, I am focused on exploring virtualizing development activities for leaders and team and using Design Sprints as a tool to foster engagement and increase leadership capacity more broadly within large and small organizations.I am especially interested in reaching out to groups and organizations to create accessible, affordable leadership-development packages that address their needs.Specialties: Design and delivery of leadership development initiatives; expanding design sprints beyond beyond product and software development; developing teams, executive teams and organizational systems for implementing organizational innovation.
