I moved up from a grill master to production worker and eventually crew trainer. Management moved me to three different locations in order to uphold production standards and assist with moving orders quickly. By the end of my service, I was tied with another employee as the fastest assemblers for the entire district. I learned major fundamental discipline, intense hard work, and realized my desire to pursue a career that involved improving the world.My position ended after many 60+ hour weeks while still in high school, as I accepted a better offer to grow.
