I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Texas in 2009. During that time (and since then) I’ve lived in many different houses, at one point having to alternate back and forth between the two states. As such, I am no stranger to change. I’ve done a decent amount of travelling, even spending one Summer in Australia.I graduated from Flower Mound High School in Spring 2019. During my time there I took several business-oriented electives, several of which were Accounting courses. It was in these Accounting courses that I discovered I enjoyed doing the work involved. I already knew that I wanted to pursue a career somewhere in the business realm, and therefore I decided to pursue a career in Accounting.During my time at UNT, I had the honor of interning with KPMG during the Tax busy season of 2023. I learned a lot of real world experience with tax accounting there in addition to further professional development. I graduated from the University of North Texas in December of 2023 with a master of science in Taxation and a bachelor of science in Accounting.
