BLA Valuers are Fixtures & Fittings surveyors & valuers dealing with leaseholds/tenancies of pubs, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and other licensed premises.My main duties includedSeparating landlord/building fixtures from lessee/tenant fittings and complete a schedule & valuation based on going concern.Carefully inspecting F&F to provide a valuation using comparable evidence, actual costing evidence and knowledge of resale asset values.Assessing sites for statutory compliance in relation to F&F.Completing itemised schedules and reports for clients including internal measurements.Guiding clients through the valuation process, including advising of compliance requirements and managing their expectations.Negotiating with valuers, surveyors, landlords and clients.
