During the summers of of 2020 and 2021, I have gained the experience as an operations supervisor at a local golf club. In this role, I have managed bookings, been responsible for pro-shop stock and provided support to the catering team. This role has required a high degree of customer support and has taught me the importance of problem solving and accountability.

Since 2019, I have been the Sous Chef to the Head Chef of a private dining company. I have helped to design menus, place orders for ingredients, prepare and cook food to a fine-dining standard. This experience has taught me the critical importance of managing multiple priorities within critical timeframes.

In 2018, I worked at Umbro in Manchester with the design, product development and supply chain teams. I was introduced to the end-to-end (design through delivery) process and the importance of being a team player, an effective communicator and efficient problem solver.
