My life's mission is to serve others through encouragement, empowerment, and leading by example with integrity, honesty, and dedication in everything I do. I apply this mission to my personal life. As a father and a husband, my goal is to love and serve my wife and two children to help them be the best possible versions of themselves. In my professional career, I have been blessed to be able to lead others.I am currently a Director of Strategic Programs in the tissue banking industry with over 12 years of experience. I have grown within the organization and have been recognized for my ability to lead others. I am a loyal, dedicated, hard worker that always operates with the highest integrity. I have been recognized for my ability to produce high quality results quickly and safely. I have collaboratively worked with others to identify and implement many cost-saving and process improvements. I am able to execute my communication skills through preparing and presenting departmental metrics. I continually provide coaching and mentoring to others. My past work experience has given me other opportunities to lead others. As a coach, I was able to mentor young men by teaching them how integrity, discipline and hard work are key components to be successful on and off the court. As a real estate agent, I was able to serve my clients by leading and guiding them in one of the most important discussion of their lives. As a technician, I was able to lead by example by producing consistent, high-quality outcomes.My motivation in life is to serve others in my personal and professional life. I look forward to continuing to live out my life's mission every day.
