About Luke Roskilly

A dynamic, collaborative, and solutions-driven Digital Director, with over 20 years’ experience of highly successful product development and management, and a specialism in analysing and implementing AI-driven software solutions. I love managing teams and working together with stakeholders to develop the best possible solution, underpinned by my unique blend of interpersonal, management, and technical skills. But what does that mean in the real world? Well ...I bring order to chaos (In Digital at least - I can’t help with floods or really complex maths). I do it carefully, diplomatically, methodically, and with a flair for innovation, smooth user experience and accessibility. And always with an emphasis on having well-informed, satisfied stakeholders and a harmonious, unified project team.I’ve been working in Digital since before streaming was ‘a thing’ - and that’s quite a while. I’ve managed complex Digital projects for the EU, the British and German governments, The ONE Campaign, and football clubs such as Arsenal and Chelsea. Stakeholders have included Ambassadors, Premiership football managers and global pop stars - all of whom have gone away happy with a shiny, innovative, cutting-edge Digital product.I’m comfortable heading up a department at Director level, working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, presenting clearly and charismatically, and making complex technical concepts intelligible. I’m also very happy when I’m planning strategically, negotiating gently and diplomatically, line-managing staff and external agencies, developing creative and UX concepts and solving problems of all kinds. What’s getting me really excited at the moment is … testing and data-driven development and optimisation, and AI-assisted development, both of which I’m energetically driving forward in various projects.I can also code. And speak German.

Listed skills include Project Management, Workshop Facilitation, Training, E Learning, and 12 others.
