This involves pre event meetings with the client, police and other stakeholders, producing risk assessments for the event, ensuring the event is suitably staffed with competent and properly trained security officers and attending the events to confirm everything is in place to enable a safe and secure event. The role requires building relationships with our customers, visiting sites to conduct audits on our staff and processes and acting as point of contact for any issues that may arise. If issues are reported I will investigate the problem, find the root cause and apply preventative action to minimise the chance of a repeat occurrence. Show less
