Over the past 15 years I've been designing and developing software for a number well known companies around India, UK, Singapore and China.Primarily these have been web application or desktop app projects for companies, startups or direct consumers. I have extensive experience in building and leading teams of analysts, developers and testers. From a development perspective my involvement usually encompasses of all aspects from the front end HTML, CSS, Javascript through to the server side MVC, C# and database development typically using SQL Server.An Agile approach is my preference for most projects and I can offer experience with the techniques typically associated with Agile development including developing from user stories, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, build & deployment automation, test automation, and most importantly focusing on delivering working software in short iterations.
