I am 25 years old. In June 2021 I graduated The University of Liverpool with a upper second class honours degree in Physics with Astronomy. I am a confident, hard-working and driven individual with a large skill set and range of experience ideally suited to several positions in the workplace. In addition to this, I have a Active IQ Level 3 Diploma In Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and a hold an CSCS Green Labourer card. I was a school prefect in Year 11, thus demonstrating that I was considered a role model, with attributes that younger pupils aspire to have. At school I was also awarded an Outstanding Scientific Achievement award, due to me exceeding my GCSE target grades. I went on to achieve further science based awards following my AS and A-Levels. This success continued into university where I achieved 82% on my final year dissertation. Out of term time, whilst at university, I worked several part time jobs including Bar/Hospitality work at Liverpool Football Club, Park Dean Resorts and JD Wetherspoon. I also undertook Factory work at Design Plus Packaging and worked a customer service role at B&M Retail. All of which have extended my skillset. Aside from my studies, I have completed my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award and have climbed The UK Three Peaks. I have taken part in several sporting activities where I have represented my school/university, notably including the National Athletics Team Finals at Gateshead, where I ran the 1500m and competed in the high jump. Throughout university I also took part in the skydiving, kayaking and boxing societies. In summer 2014, I visited The Large Hadron Collider in CERN and attended lectures from world leading scientists, including Roger Jones. All of which emphasizes my willingness to go above and beyond in everything I do. I am currently seeking full-time employment in order to utilise the advanced problem solving, mathematical and communication skills that I have developed from university. I am particularly interested in the fields of renewable energies/engineering and astronomy. I am also interested in furthering my fitness career.
