My role involves being responsible for managing a Portfolio of clients involved in a broad range of industries.I hold a delegated lending authority for both business and personal lending and engage a number of Product specialists internally to meet client’s extended banking requirements. As Business Manager (Operations & Finance Manager) I hierarchal responsible for the day to day operations of the Corporate, Financial and Administrative departments and functions and responsible for the financial, resource and business management of Hardy Bros Mining in accordance with company policies, legislative requirements and within budgetary constraints.I manage the complex finance needs and requirements in the mining and civil construction industry. This involves managing a team of accounts personnel, managing relationships with external financiers and structering the most effecient and economical way.As Business Manager, I manage the support services including Finance, Human Resources, Communications, IT, Office Administration and Asset Management including Maintenance Teams. I also provide leadership to the support services teams in a manner that encourages consultation, communication and teamwork. Lead management of the preparation of reporting and control measures for internal and external stakeholders. The role demands a lead role in strategically positioning Hardy Bros and promoting the brand.

This varied role sees me providing analytical, customer service, sales and administrative support to a Senior Relationship Manager who manages a portfolio of more than 80 SME businesses. I analyse business financials and write detailed and complex credit submissions.• Identification and fulfilment of sales opportunities within portfolio • Drive performance of portfolio • Ensure accurate processing to avoid non lending losses• Identify Local area market opportunities and implement action plans• Use superior relationship and coaching skills to achieve business goals through the leadership of people and other key stakeholders including the development of quality internal networks• Analysing and spreading multiple and complex financial statements, with high degree of accuracy.• Face to face contact with customers and meeting customer time frames and demands.

Within this role it is pivotal to deliver the Healthcare specialisation proposition to satisfy the individual needs of selected industry customers. In this role, I assisted in start-up operations for the NSW office. Here I also conducted new business sales and post-sales customer service within telecommunication needs.Generated new business and met budgeted targets; Managed all post-sale customer care;Performed consistently against KPI's and KRA's;Developed portfolio to where I focused on one modality;Learnt about analyzing businesses and their needs;Created business proposals and presented to Management Teams and Boards;Assisted resources and operational requirements for start up of NSW operations;
