Division provides 24/7/365 coverage, ensuring the successful operation of all IT systems and critical business functions. This includes providing maintenance and support for all production systems that run multiple high-volume financial lending websites in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Australia. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:• Ensure automated IT business processes, back-end systems, and front-end services function correctly for successful customer product delivery, with a focus on the desired business process, transactional logic of the custom systems, and the framework of internal finance models• Identify software bugs within the production environment; investigate, document, create temporary work-arounds and recommend development solutions to fix the bugs.
