Team Size: 5-7Technology Stack: MicrosoftMYOB is currently the largest single Agile project being run in the southern hemisphere – the key learning that I wanted to get from MYOB was ‘how do you do agile at scale?’ - What are the challenges? What are the processes required? This has given me a lot deeper insights into the challenges in running large scale agile.My specific responsibility at MYOB as project manager is to lead a cross functional team of 7 with the responsibility of performance and scalability of the product.Other responsibilities / initiatives:- Leading the ‘sizing’ team. To organize work between different teams in an agile team of this size, we had a team of around 10 people whose job it was to use planning poker to size the work being placed onto the backlog.- Lead an inception for the current release of the product. Again, the scale of this project lead to needing some innovative new approaches to deal with planning and. Organised and facilitated workshop design sessions that would sometimes contain 50+ people.- Designed new reporting methods and processes to visualize the performance of the application, this was an initiative I saw as critical to manage stakeholders understanding the health of the application.
