As the Operations Manager of ActionVFX, I was responsible for tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, product development, arranging logistics, creative instruction, video editing, and social marketing.Being a smaller startup at the time also meant that we were building to scale, so as we've been able to grow our team, we've been able to have more specialists round out our team. And in turn, I've been able to focus more time and attention to the higher-level operational responsibilities.
