Reporting to the Business Leader, this team leader is a liaison between Electronic Products and many of JCR’s internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Director of product management is primarily responsible for leading product managers in JCR sales and marketing collaborative activities, product sales demos, opportunity management and converting opportunities to close win. The product management team is accountable for supporting systems sales, client request for proposals, marketing, trade shows, account management, order fulfillment and product inquiries such as product functions, value and pricing. The leader understands product sales transactional activities among various stakeholders and hand-offs to strategize efficient team processes. Provides leadership to the team in developing effective product demonstrations, online and in-person, to potential customers. Conducts product presentations for health system clients with excellent communication and presentation skills to win sales opportunities. Assists JCR sales team in large client sales process by developing proposal, articulating product value, contract management with legal/security document management with IT while responding to customer inquiries regarding product functions, JCR services or pricing. Collaborates with product strategy leader to study competitive landscape and educates the PM team with key learnings from market research. Assigns team roles and responsibilities, achieving 100% customer outreach for product renewal. Motivates product management team for creative sales techniques, pitch and developing out of the box solution for increasing sales or reducing long sales cycle. Educates team to strengthen customers business processes, TJC/CMS etc. regulations, TJC accreditation processes etc. Monitors team’s standard operating procedures leading to improved operational efficiencies.
