I have a successful track record of leadership & organizational development. After years at a nonprofit that focused on leadership development, I worked for a Fortune 200 organization creating strategic solutions to complex business challenges. I transitioned to the nonprofit space and oversaw the development of local infrastructure, programming and leadership for Special Olympics Washington. I am now the Executive Director for a non-profit startup, Only7Seconds. Our mission is to create a world without loneliness through inspiring intentional connection.
