I believe creating tools, APIs and delightful experiences for builders is a force multiplier for solving some of the most pressing global issues. I believe almost any challenge can be solved by methodically asking questions, quantifying complex problem areas and iterating with laser focus until a lovable experience is forged. I adore new challenges; open spaces full of risk and unknown. Well-defined processes and frameworks breed innovative environments but I thrive in situations of moderate chaos in need of new rules or even a new rulebook.My experiences in API integration and developer platforms has taught me that even the most technical systems can be mapped and their usability measured. A good map and carefully selected metrics lead the way for rapid prototyping and ultimately delivering exceptional products.
