I’m always down to connect and explore new opportunities.The longer version:As the Chief Revenue Officer for F45 Training, I oversee all revenue-generating activities across the F45 Group of concepts, which includes F45 Training, FS8, and VAURA Pilates.Since joining as the first employee in 2012, I have been primarily responsible for growing our franchise network, expanding our reach to over 2,000 locations in more than 70 countries.My journey began with a dedicated focus on marketing franchise ownership opportunities to potential investors. Since 2019 I have lead a global sales team, collaborating closely with our marketing department on Go-to-Market strategies and new brand launches. My hands-on experience as a franchisee since 2015 provides me with a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and challenges our franchisees face, making me a relationship-driven leader who is committed to the success of our clients.Under my sales leadership, we took F45 from a single gym in Paddington, Sydney, to one of the largest fitness franchise networks globally, culminating in our IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in July 2021. More recently, our strategic focus on Master Franchising in foreign markets has enhanced our service quality and growth in these markets while allowing us to concentrate our resources in key regions like the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.Before joining F45, I spent nearly a decade in Capital Markets with UBS Investment Bank, working in London, Zurich, and New York City.As a fitness enthusiast, I try to work out daily (at F45 naturally!). I'm currently preparing for my first Hyrox race in November.Away from work, I am a husband and devoted father of two. I particularly enjoy traveling with my family. Japan has been our favorite destination so far. I have a penchant for accumulating retro sneakers (although that is now heavily regulated by my wife).I also invest in start-ups within the Health & Wellness and Lifestyle categories.
