Working in the Global Client Management team at the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, I was part of a bespoke team responsible for speaking with the companies clients daily. My role focused on taking clients through a unique nurture journey, developing personable relationships to provide an experience that aligns with the pinnacle expectations of the Rolls-Royce brand. By combining multi-channel communication with meeting clients personally, we used a customer-centric approach at all touch points. And to ensure insightful CRM, Salesforce was used as the perfect platform for creating memorable CX.

Pulborough

I began life at Harwoods as a group photographer covering the Jaguar Land Rover retailer sites, which as a petrol head, was an amazing role. An unexpected opportunity then arose in the revered marketing department. My responsibilities included the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns and developing, organising and supporting immersive customer events across all 16 retailer sites. Highlights include the incredible atmosphere of the new Aston Martin Vantage launch I organised at Lainston House. A characterful barn was converted into a mecca of motoring, creating an environment that aligned perfectly with the predatory essence of the new Vantage.

Chichester

At Waterscan I was responsible for lead generation and relationship management within the water recycling division. It was both interesting and insightful to learn about the power of sustainable thinking. Much of my day was spent nurturing client relationships to generate new business opportunities for the sales pipeline, subsequently helping clients to achieve their CSR targets.

Autotrader provided a modern, fun and dynamic environment to try new things and test new ideas. It also gave me the opportunity to challenge myself. Thus, when an opportunity to relocate from Chichester to Manchester to support the migration of the B2B digital re-marketing platform Autotrade-mail into the wider Autotrader business presented itself, I was on that plane! While it was an intense time, maintaining the exceptional levels of customer service expected through a reduced workforce, it was extremely rewarding. Everyday was different. As the platform was relatively unknown, my responsibilities included training colleagues, technical escalation, client relations and providing feedback to senior management.

The banking industry provided the ideal environment to expand my client service skills and learn the art of client-led sales. It was an extremely fast-paced, demanding and challenging environment. I was able to learn quickly through exposure in different roles, adapting unique skills as a customer advisor, personal banker and personal banking manager. Responsibilities included specialist wealth & regulated referrals, selling compliantly, debt consolidation and conducting comprehensive customer account reviews.
