Facilitate the day-to-day logistics and all aspects of AU Cornerstone programming for 200+ first-year students, including helping 150+ students obtain internships in D.C. and 50+ study abroad in the U.K. Spain, or Greece.Manage and implement communications for the AU Cornerstone program, including creating, editing, and managing marketing materials, newsletters, and website information. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees on an annual basis.

In the first year of Homes for Hearts existence, I helped to create a two-year strategic and developmental plan to establish a non-profit in Memphis dedicated to providing tiny homes for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Along with the founder, I was instrumental in creating the mission, goals, and strategic plan for Homes for Hearts. As of December 2022, one tiny house has been built in Memphis and four more are under construction. As of January 2023, I have transitioned from consulting for the nonprofit to being a board member.

Developed, designed, and led Alternative Break leader training sessions for student leaders and participants.Created and implemented marketing materials for the Alternative Break Program, including email newsletters, Instagram, campus marketing, and more.Supported program leaders in the recruitment and participant selection process and for pre-program training, ensuring leaders are appropriately preparing and guiding their groups for a successful experience.

Recruited hundreds of students for Master's, Doctoral, and continuing education programs.Cultivated strong connections with over 250 prospective students, maintaining monthly communications to motivate applications to our programs, assisting them in securing financial aid and external funding, and facilitating course registration upon admission.Created social media campaigns and other shareable content for the Seminary’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, during the Communications Director’s leave from August 2020 to January 2021.Produced Facebook Ads, Mailchimp emails, Google ads, webinars, and other virtual engagement opportunities in order to reach prospective students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recruited over 50 high school students to apply and commit to Christian Brothers University while working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Reconstituted and led the President’s Ambassadors program, a group of CBU upperclassmen who engage with prospective students, to make it more student-centered and led.

Designed a diverse array of curricula that engaged students, service partners, and corporate partners in immersive and impactful service learning experiences.Developed the buildOn movement by meeting ambitious monthly Key Performance Indicators including engaging 300+ students and attaining 975+ service hours, 150+ education hours, and 65% direct service hours.Created buildOn’s first ever Student Leadership Team, which was composed of eleven students from seven buildOn schools. The team leaders worked for two semesters to create, write, and implement a service learning curriculum for 150 student participants.Successfully advocated for the creation of regional student leadership teams for each of the seven buildOn programs, following the success of the Student Leadership Team.Established and developed strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including school advisors, administrators, teachers and staff, and local community partners.

Led over 1000 students through experiential learning curriculum focused on developing social and emotional skills.Facilitated a series of activities and discussions between students in middle and high school on topics such as social justice, youth leadership, racism, community engagement, privilege, etc.Site coordinated and supervised other AmeriCorps members through workshop experiences while serving as room support, assisting with setup, logistics, and providing feedback.
