Dual responsibility for MVF’s Conversion Rate Optimisation function, in addition to my role as Director responsible for native advertising at MVF. As global leaders in the space, we partner with the biggest and best in native, programmatic and beyond, and CRO is a critical component of how we deliver growth. Overseeing both teams my remit was to bring alignment in experimentation to the entire lead generation funnel. As part of the Paid Marketing leadership team I’m also jointly responsible for overseeing reward, performance management and L&D, as well as formulating and executing the department’s strategic goals.

MVF is an industry leader in native advertising for lead generation. I was proud to have the opportunity to take the team onto even bigger and better things in 2019 and beyond the pandemic.
