2012: Led successful development of Turnitin's Document Viewer (https://www.turnitin.com/products/feedback-studio) - a browser based application that aggregates Turnitin's core services - GradeMark, PeerMark and Originality Report - into a single, powerful interface. Deployment of the Document Viewer was a transformative event for the company and catapulted the product past all competitors. Front end was implemented in SproutCore.2009: Responsible for managing the development of GradeMark - a large-scale ajax application (utilizing Prototype.js, Yahoo UI, JSON and object oriented Javascript ) for online transcript markup. Project involved extensive performance enhancements to deliver the 75k lines of JS code.Managed a team of 3 front end engineers working on multiple projects while continually developing. Lead team in development of internal "Widget Library" - a collection of skinable, reusable GUI components with full documentation and unit-testing.Developed internal publication "Javascript Best Practices" - a set of guidelines to ensure extensible, testable, performant javascript applications.
