My past work experiences have been a mix between client-facing roles and analyst positions. I believe that it is important to be both well-rounded in soft skills but also well versed in the technical parts of the finance industry. My goal is to be versatile enough so that when challenges arise, I can be the person who steps up and rises to the occasion.During the school year and in parts of the summer, I work as a tennis coach and kids camp counselor at a country club – which is where I have seen the most growth in my soft skills. I have taught tennis to upwards of 200 different clients ranging from ages 5-75, and I feel as though I have become adept at helping all different kinds of people develop and reach their goals. I have also found much satisfaction and fulfillment in the quantitative roles that I have taken, such as a summer analyst position at a local real estate brokerage and becoming treasurer of a large student organization. My hobbies include: tennis (I was once a D1 player!), fishing, guitar, hiking, church, and spontaneous travel. In the past, I really enjoyed going to concerts and music festivals, but the pandemic has put that on somewhat of a hold. I hope to eventually get back into a habit of traveling to them more in the future.I am a team player who is eager to take on new challenges and get out of my comfort zone whenever possible. I pride myself on lifelong learning, and I am always looking for new ways to help improve myself!
