Facilitate and manage the delivery of the Integrated Operations Planning process within the business through leading Integrated Operations Planning sub teams including both Activity planning and Supply / Production planning.Consult on the build of the Integrated Operations Planning processes and continuous improvement of the processes.Liaise with APLNG Phase 1 project delivering new field and plant capacity and ensure interface opportunities with LNG business unit are managed to not impact commercial and resource targets.Oversee the delivery of the Short term (28 Day), medium term (120 Day) and strategic (2-5 year) horizons Integrated Operations Plans and reporting.Provide advice and recommendations to Commercial and Finance teams on risks and opportunities within horizons and seek best outcome for business targets.Execute minor project works for leadership teams such as; - Supply management tool for Production Planning - Integrated System Testing Strategy for ensuring production capacity is tested before due date - Development of templated materials to assist in removal of duplication of effort - i.e. conversion and formatting sheets, presentation documents for regular meetings with successful reduction in reproduction efforts within 3 months resulting in providing information earlier to experts to identify issues and recommendations.Delivery of key points and initiatives along with facilitating discussion with Leadership Management Team in 2 Year and 5 Year planning along with monitoring and updating of risks and issues related to these plan. This includes the FY/CY Budget processes and understanding economic and reputation drivers and challenge if this does not meet the business core values.Facilitation and negotiation of planning meetings, along with conflict resolution and approval session to finalise outputs of the team.
