Hi, my name is Lukie and I have been in the retail and wholesale industry since May 2019. I started my journey into sales right out of high School and have amounted a good amount of skills and understanding in how the industry works.I was born in Durbanville and grew up in Cape Town and know it well. I moved to the Freestate right out of high school to learn all i can about the retail an wholesale business. I have lived in Welkom, Bloemfontein and Kimberley and adapt to new enviroments very well. I am good at meeting new people and making friends everywhere i go.I have 3 years experience as a sales representative and know how to call on customers, check sales, manage merchandisers, do stock promotions, handle stock rotation, uplift stock, supply promotional stock and free stock, check in delivaries and do stock orders. I also manage my time well and know how to plan my trips and in-store visits. I have a strong ability to network with people and build business relationships. I am very good at making sales and keeping up with customers and clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases and needs.I am very good at dealing with customer complaints and resolve issues very effitiantly.
