Responsibilities:• Designing basic and complex filtration systems for liquid aplications (mostly heavy-duty diesel engines)• Generating Siemens NX designs and production drawings , independently based on a task definition, consistent with customer requirements and per manufacturing and engineering standards in accordance with company policies;• Creating new design concepts or redesgining existing parts/products and recommending improvements. Working independently after the project briefing;• Interpreting all drawing requests, gathering relevant information and generating/supervising accurate CAD-drawings meeting technical requirements in accodrance with company policies and customers needs;• Recommending changes in design to improve quality standard and functionality at a favorable cost and propose cost reductions;• Checking CAD work in compliance to standard/specifications and maintaining work schedules according to priorities;• Supervising outside contract personnel or subordinates.
