I. Assist Procurement Specialist in all transition matters related to Procurement processes andsystems.II. Participate in assigned reviews monitor progress/results and implement all initiatives related toand supporting process governances and compliance related to spend processes withinProcurement and cross-functional.III. I. Costing job scopes:- (QS Key Compentency and Expertise)a. Responsible to prepare Interim Progress Claim to Client monthly and prepare estimate budget for claim until Project Completion. Discussed with Project Director and Planner for target date.b. Responsible to do site evaluation monthly with Superintending Officer and Consultant (joint by Azsb’s Contract Manager) and get Approval from QS Consultant for workdone including Variation Order.c. Responsible to prepare Certification of Claim for Subcontractor and present monthly to Managers in Headquarter for approval from them.d. Responsible to Control and Monitor cost incurred by Internal and External resources. Prepare solution for problems such exceeding budget and insufficient capital.e. Responsible to Negotiate with subcontractor to agree at the most efficient and profitable cost and spending.II. Procurement/Tender job scopes:-a. Efficiently and proactively monitor and report against all open Subcontractor.b. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain subcontractor relationships.c. Review and compare rate between Subcontractors to conclude the most efficient.d. Prepare report for procurement, including cost analysis for the selected candidates.e. Involve in tendering process, quotation inquiry, taking off and costing.III. Purchasing job scopes:-a. Assist in sourcing, purchasing & negotiating with suppliers for best pricing.b. Assist in coordinating & executing purchasing activities & suppliers’ deliveries to meet site requirements.c. Closely control and tabulate the requested ordered, purchase order, delivery order.d. Calculate and estimate the required materials within the project timeline to ensure a smooth construction working.IV. Contract job scopes:-a. Coordinate and prepare letter to client for any contract issues raised within the site.b. Prepare notices of claim to client and monitor closely with minimal supervision from superior.

Responsible to evaluate Subcontractor’s Claim every month for payment.III. Responsible to deal and communicate with supplier to get quotation and prepare analysis of price.IV. Responsible to check quantities in Bill of Quantities and do measurement based on construction drawings to order materials.V. Responsible to determine out and prepare documentation to claim Variation Order with Client and also with Subcontractors.VI. Responsible to Handle Purchasing Order with supplier and Delivery Order.
