As a manual QA engineer/tester I had the same responsibilities as I did for MDgroup considering Skyelarke was founded legally as a separate entity funded by MDgroup; however, later legally acquired by MDgroup April 2024.

As a manual QA engineer/tester I was responsible for the following:• Regression testing and smoke testing following deployments to server specific for user acceptance testing before documenting the changes and presenting them to business and marketing personnel that I have devised and bridge the gap between business and technical.• Receiving feedback from business and marketing personnel on UAT run, validating issues, triaging as well as documenting the issues and change requests for tracking using Jira.• Conducting thorough manual integration testing upon adding new features while always providing video or image evidence of testing results. • Contributing to product’s growth and establishing clarity on its scope via 3 amigos meeting as well as product refinement meetings in an agile work environment. • Actively analysing our product as well as scope and continuously pushing for improvements. • Maintaining quality of relationship with colleagues including but not limited to Developers and product managers while continuously enhancing communication skills.

As a QA engineer/tester I was responsible for the following:• Regression testing after major changes like upgrading electron and refactoring modules + performance testing• Smoke testing before updates being pushed to users• Occasionally only, I test at the unit level• Conducting integration testing on adding new features• Manual functional testing our apps only, considering the ever-changing nature of our apps• Presenting testing results in gherkin format or via screen recording and other visual indicators• Analysis of competitor products and compare advantageous features• Go through user’s reported bugs to validate and report; as well as their suggestions while occasionally adding my own • Taking initiative to set product requirements on occasions.• Required to present clear reports on demand besides my usual testing processes and corresponding results• Occasionally I oversaw organizing resources to pass on to the dev team.• I introduced myself to python to automate some repetitive or tedious processes in data preparation for testing

As a support engineer, I was responsible for the following:• Providing technical support for customers through their projects’ flow• Designing and building robotic projects for customers according to requirements.• Working with business owner to create new products.• Representing CNCLAB at university robotic competitions and providing support• Planning the process of outsourcing parts from abroad according to market needs increasing the margin of profit• Making use of my design skills to custom 3D print mechanical parts using Solidworks software• Some of the projects I worked on are drones, simple power management

As a Mechatronics engineer, I was responsible for the following:• Mechanical design of the peg connector on Roadie 2 and Roadie Bass to be compatible with most guitar pegs on the market• I handled the implementing data structure called linked list on a micro-controller using C for a language• Designed and built a testing jig for sound testing on the Roadie• Coded a library for the user interface on Roadie’s OLED screen using C language as well• Had a part in adding to the design of the electronic circuit of roadie and troubleshooting issues like testing electrical signal to the driver chip using an oscilloscope• I oversaw build the lab when the company moved to a new location so it can meet with our requirements as engineers.

• Give support to university students trying to build a project for gradation for example BOM for a drone used in AI research• Building projects like prototype elevator and wireless electricity transfer device for a university competition• Also introduced the idea of parts outsourcing for a bigger range of products
