● Perform routine and non-routine repairs and maintenance to terminal equipment pipeline and machinery.● Monitor and manage incoming pipeline tenders of product and ensure delivery to proper storage locations.● Perform and track scheduled maintenance on terminal equipment and machinery.● Prepare and track terminal throughput and inventories.● Maintain terminal record keeping regarding product quality, testing, and permitting and inventories.● Maintain terminal automation systems and work with support on problem solving and/or upgrades.● Perform equipment calibrations and certificationsaccording to local, state and federal guideline.

● Prepare and checking welding point of piping joints to be welded.● Handling and updating installation progress with subcontractors.● Enhance process skill by learning process operations from vendors.● Inspection of leaking inside piping and equipment by having hydro test.● Inspection functionality of instruments and valve trough out input/output.● Maintaining production machines and equipment’s in well condition by preparing checklist and make sure to double check after daily.● Preparing standard operation procedure (SOP) based on process troubles maintenance and production.● Shift group for applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at working area and plant.● Monitor and control processes using visual observation, process data and troubleshooting if necessary.● Monitor and control major process for crystallizer (C3 Crystallizer, AMS Crystallizer) by following the critical point parameters such as temperature in evaporation, feed flow rate, & density of product.● Key in and updating for daily analysis report.● Be a representative of production technician.
