Job Description:• Analyze production data (Defects, Cycle Time, Lead Time, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness ), and Capacity) to identify problems such as waste or bottlenecks.• Collaborate with various departments to find improvement opportunities to generate cost savings or increased efficiency.•Implement 5S and Visual Management in the work area to ensure every work process runs effectively and efficiently.• Assess the understanding of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety ), work standards, work tools for production leaders. To get the new production leader familiar with lean culture.• Assist and validate every kaizen suggestion given by other departments, ensuring the kaizen suggestion can be implemented without any problems.• Facilitating TPM (Total productive maintenance). Creation of Autonomous maintenance on critical production process, Conduct Internal Audits for TPM to ensure OEE improvement.•Active as a trainer to teach lean culture (Andon, Standard Worksheet, Kaizen, TPM), This training aims to ensure the work of team members is accordance with lean principles.•Provide work standards for leaders and conduct audits to ensure the standards are effective.•Developed a craftmanship program to enhance operator skills with the goal of each operator having multiskills.•Create daily, weekly and monthly reports for each job that has been done.Achievements: • Contributed to cost savings of $1000 per month by improving the machining process, • Developing a simple application for data collection so that data collection is more effective, this improvement is the best improvement in February 2024.

•Led the design and development of CAD models for practicum products used as case studies in Telkom University's Manufacturing Process Practicum 2021 - 2022.•Developed course materials for CAD/CAM Milling and Turning, including pre-tests, post-tests, and case studies (Autodesk Inventor tutorials).•Prepared NC files and set up CNC machines (milling and turning) for demonstration purposes during practical lessons.
