Jobs Description:- Preparing a report on actual production data covering 40% of the total Work Instructions (WI) and the results of lean manufacturing / Six Sigma / OEE simulations in the steelwork fabrication process.- Developing, analyzing, and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) procedures in the machining area, including creating updated layouts for the machining area, calculating downtime and OEE, and analyzing daily machine reports.- Preparing a report on solutions using the 5M method based on the monitoring and evaluation of welding defects such as spatter, porosity, undercut, and hairline cracks.- Through the internship final project, utilized Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify issues in one of the welding fixtures and achieved a 66.67% reduction in the fixture's setup and removal time.- Creating a new 3D design for the welding fixture as a solution based on the FMEA findings.
