I am a 22 year old interpersonal communication graduate seeking work in the sporting industry. I'm currently working with high school baseball athletes to help them improve their hitting ability, with the hopes of eventually finding all of them a college/university to continue their playing and academic careers. I Would prefer to work with players regardless of the level as I understand the baseball can be "that escape" for somebody regardless of age, and when a player can no longer find peace within "that escape" the game gets more challenging than what it already is. I believe I can help players see the bigger picture that tends to disappear when they are met with adversity in a field of profession that they have never struggled with before. Not only will I prepare them for life on the baseball field, but I will help them prepare for future crucial life decisions as well.
