EDIH CTU is a European Centre for Digital Innovation dedicated to supporting SMEs and public administrations in implementing artificial intelligence and digital technologies to improve their competitiveness. As a manager, I am responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project at ICUK level. The main task is to plan the project with the aim of achieving the set outputs, organising and controlling the implementation according to pre-defined objectives within the specified timeframe. I also ensure the coordination of cooperation with suppliers, actively participate in the work activities leading to the implementation of the project, from the performance of the set tasks to the achievement of outputs, their evaluation and subsequent closure. Responsibilities also include coordinating workflow and follow-up of individual tasks, managing communication within the team, and supporting and motivating project members to perform effectively. Oversee proper documentation and control and regularly report project status to the sponsor and lead partner. I am also responsible for risk analysis and management within ICUK, maintaining project visibility and quality management. I collaborate on project tenders and contracts and supervise team members.

As a member of the Ideogram Creators Club, I focus on using artificial intelligence tools to create text and images that can be used in a variety of creative projects. Part of this community is sharing ideas and experimenting with AI tools to improve skills and find new approaches to visual creation. My goal is to gain experience in working with generative technologies and contribute to discussions and projects with other club members.

DomoAI is an innovative platform that uses artificial intelligence to create and edit visual content. It allows users to easily convert still images into dynamic videos, apply different art styles to videos or images, and generate artwork based on text descriptions. The main tools include video to video, image to video, image animation, and generating images from text.

During my time in the StoreMore project I was responsible for communication with the lead partner and other project partners, communication on project activities within the organization, with stakeholders and institutions in the territory. Furthermore, I was responsible for the mandatory project publicity, promotion and dissemination of the activities. I evaluated the progress of the project, managing quality processes, identifying areas for improvement. I developed the methodology of data collection in the project and I also prepared expert research on sustainable energy storage. AI training was also provided to individual representatives of partner organisations to make the project progress more efficient.

Methodologist and expert guarantor in the project Development, piloting and validation of smart care models in the Danube region for supporting social innovation, competence improvement and entrepreneurship, DTP3-656-1.2As a result of my work in the project, I created an action plan to increase competences, build new capacities and support social innovation in the field of health and social care for the elderly in the Ústí region. My colleague and I also organised two workshops and seminars covering the pillars: Digitalisation, Policy, Capacity Building, Social and Technical Innovation Support, Health and Wellbeing. 5 project specifications were developed which will be the basis for further project development.

Cajk is a student club founded in 2014. With the help of Josef Čáp and Jarko Ročkár, we made a registered association and I led it since September 2016.
