Assist and manage the marketing team with client satisfaction analysis, program development and service programs- Monitors budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts- Implements and manages marketing procedures and processes- Organizes marketing events, open houses and employees workshop seminars- Track the marketing initiatives and make weekly and monthly reports to Director

Directly supervise ten ophthalmic technicians- Maintain daily operations of the office and directs the work of the staff- Hire, train, educate and counsel staff- Conducts employee performance evaluations and monitor employee attendance and vacation time- Works closely with the director to create a new Policy & Procedure manual for the staff- Motivates staff members to provide superior customer service to patients- Conducts monthly meetings to inform staff of goals and objectives

Neuro-Ophthalmology- Tested and measured eye function to assist ophthalmologist to diagnose and treat eye disorders and disease- Applied drops to anesthetize, dilate, or medicate eyes- Measured intraocular pressure of eyes- Tested patient's field of vision, including central and peripheral vision, for defects, and charted test results - Performed other tests and measurements as requested by physician
