As Marketing Delivery Producer I am in charge of delivering all marketing assets used to promote that this year, and for the first time, the audience will be able to watch one of the most iconic TV shows in Spain LIVE on Prime Video: Operación Triunfo 2023. This edition is the FIRST Live Entertainment Show produced by Prime Video EU, and it is being broadcasted live in Spain & available in VOD in over 30 countries in LATAM.During the Pre-Launch campaign I have been working alongside the rest of the OT2023 Prime Video team & all other stakeholders, coordinating the production of some marketing assets & handling the delivery to all the different channels: Owned & Operated, OOH, DOOH, TV, Print, LRD Display, Social, OLV and other partners. I have also been working very closely with the media agencies to ensure that delivery dates were clear, as well as specs required, and have coordinated adjustments when needed. Once the show started airing on the 20th of Nov 2023, I have been managing the delivery of assets in a weekly basis to all internal departments, partners & media. Besides the delivery part of the role, I have also been working alongside the OT 2023 marketing team at Prime Video & all other stakeholders involved in creating a solid & more efficient process for a show with these characteristics, testing and improving the workflows in a weekly basis.
