• Effectively managing 1 Directors and 3 Associate's diaries and advising accordingly;• Coordination of meetings, minute taking and adhoc project management;• Catering for meetings;• Processing Timesheets / WIP adjustments;• Invoicing approvals, credit notes, receipt re-allocations, fee reversals, reversal of interest;• Account reconciliations;• Debtors queries;• Capturing of income tax and VAT returns on SARS eFiling;• Preparation of agenda for meetings and follow up on action points;• Completion of risk engagement forms for new clients on CRM;• Preparation and completion of engagements on Maconomy system;• Client liaisons in respect of income tax return submissions;• Assisting clients with follow up queries on tax returns prepared;• Liaisons with SARS regarding client tax queries;• Event coordination in respect of tax conferences, training workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders;• Liaisons with foreign affiliated subsidiaries on cross border engagements;• Data capturing;• Purchasing of stationery, tax legislation books, other requisite material for workshops and events;• Travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips;• Processing of travel expenses, credit card expenses, payment requisitions;• Correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, staff;• PowerPoint presentations prepared for tax conferences;• Maintaining filing system both electronically and manually; and• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them efficiently.
