Excited to be a part of Xebia to support the next iteration of Data Scientists!With training skills developed from 3 years' experience as a Secondary Maths Teacher I wanted to go into a job where I could start applying my mathematical skills. I joined Lloyds Banking Group as a data analyst where I built predictive models to determine levels of risk to new/existing customers. Customer Score am I right?In 2019 I had the unexpected opportunity to combine my skills in data and my experience as a teacher at Bloomberg where I designed and delivered training for 1500+ data analysts including intermediate to advanced Python/SQL, Qliksense and Git. What a rollercoaster and challenging role where I learned so much and met some crazily talented people. How lucky I was to have a team that made saying goodbye so hard.Well with goodbyes come hellos. Hello, Netherlands and hello, GoDataDriven. Another challenge for all the right reasons. And here I am teaching a subject I love with material/trainers who are just fab and meeting people from all over the world and stretching my own learning through teaching.
