As the Co-Founder and Chief of Tech Biz & Partnership Engagement Officer, I play a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances and fostering business growth within the technology industry. I identify potential partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and oversee the implementation of collaborative projects. I also develop and execute comprehensive business plans to expand our company's market reach and revenue streams. My responsibilities include crafting tailored technical and financial proposals for bids and RFPs, serving as the primary point of contact for project contract negotiations, and bridging the gap between clients' business requirements and the software development team. Additionally, I organize and deliver training sessions for clients and staff, conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor the progress of ongoing projects, and ensure the effective sales and support of on-shelf products per service level agreements.
