Delivering training programmes, short courses and workshops to employers, funded by W&RSeta and Foodbev Seta, and completing necessary Discretionary and Mandatory Grant applications, Seta required reporting for same; Providing ISDF functions related to WSP / ATR documentation as required by the Skills Development Act and Skills Development Levies Act for Levy Paying SME’s in line with SSP’s and NSDS 3; Marketing funded programmes as made available by the abovementioned Seta’s to Levy Paying and Non-Levy Paying clients, as well as unemployed youth, matriculants, graduates and employed persons in the industries mentioned; Assisting employers with any related support to the successful delivery of training programs and / or associated statutory requirements for them to remain compliant in terms of the Acts; Relationship-building with employers, employees, the community and industry role-players. Completed a redesign of all the company’s learning material.
