As Project Manager, I’m responsible for leading a team to deliver a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions defined in the project charter, project agreement, or contract. As business analyst I’m responsible for analysis of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements, acting as the interpreter between the worlds of IT and business. process models, and impact analysis. I’m also responsible for a mayor client account billing.As Change Manager I’m responsible for the approval of the changes.

Responsible for Agile methodology adoption and promoting the use of agile practices for squad operations.Daily coordination and monitoring of service levels as agreed with the client, while keeping a constant focus on improving the performance of the ongoing services. Performing as the first service management contact for the delivery organization for all the operational activities of the customer, assuming the leadership and the operational responsibility for the resources allocated to the clients or services under his responsibility. With agreement from the Product owner or DPE, I’m acting as the client focal point for all aspects concerning service delivery on a day-to-day basis taking any necessary actions to maintain and to reinforce the quality of these operational contacts. I´m also responsible for client project documentation used in deliverables, assuming responsibility for the update. Updating the hardware and software inventories in accordance with asset management processes is as well part of the role. To participate in service status meetings of the delivery organization, providing information and analysis related to the services delivered to the client and support the DPE in the service status meetings held with the client.

Responsible for Implement Agile methodology.Promote the use of agile practices for squad operations including optimizing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and removing obstacles impacting squad performance. Point of escalation of team members. Identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service, provided by the squad. This specialty involves the sprint planning, leading daily scrum calls, resource assignment, providing technical guidance, task re-assignment, leading retrospectives, addressing squad blockers, reporting sprint progress to the stakeholders, and having a strong relationship with the product owner. As Iteration Manager coaches the squad to work in an agile manner, incorporates the necessary collaboration and technical tools as appropriate, and is dedicated to improving the squad health and outcomes delivered.

Analyzes all incoming work and assigns it to appropriate resources, ensuring SLAs are met and that processes are followed, direct work and projects from multiple clients to groups/individuals in the delivery squads
