My job is to develop and oversee overall marketing plan and budget including creative, branding, content, advertising, digital and traditional marketing material. I also oversee our creative team and in-house creative agency and the development of marketing materials. I manage image, content, design direction, brand and communications development and industry positioning for our venues and the management team . As a brand director I oversee and develop media plan and make recommendations based on industry/competitor standards . I oversee and manage our external PR FIRM for content, press and approvals . I have an active role in Human Resources and talent acquisition and focus on maintaining a solid line of communication across all of our media and social channels. Along with the leadership team and the design team , I seek out and execute new business and concept development.

As a Sales Director for Piso Express , I have spearheaded a full-service real estate experience for home buyers.
